Dennis Oliveira

Dennis (He/They) is a Latino American theatre artist based out of NYC. His work places an emphasis on interpersonal dynamics within, or beneath, systems of power; taking a particular interest in classical stories, illuminating their humanity for a contemporary audience through kinetic exploration. Dennis holds their Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre from Montclair State University, and is a candidate for a Master of Fine Arts in Directing from Columbia University (Expected 2026). They also have formal training in Opera Stage Directing from Florida State University, as well as Musical Theatre Performance from the Institute for American Musical Theatre.
