Vincent Dumestre offers us a sensitive show where the most beautiful pages of the Baroque repertoire rub shoulders with famous realistic melodies of the 20th century as well as traditional tunes. And to embody this rich palette, who better than Stéphanie d'Oustrac? Baroque icon, born tragedian, here she deploys all her talents as a performer to breathe new life into these tunes of yesteryear, whether they come from the repertoire of scholarly music or hits from popular song.
