Biography
Jagoba studied voice in Spain with Almudena Ortega, Ángeles Chamorro and Manuel Cid. He also received master classes from Felix Lavilla, Kym Amps, Isabel Penagos and Britta Sundberg. His musical training is complemented by Choral Conducting courses and lectures with Timothy Brown, Helene Stureborg, Carlo Pavese and Carl Høgset. He has conducted several choirs both amateur and professional. He has sung in different choirs: Orfeón Donostiarra, Ertizka Male Octet, European Youth Choir, Chamber Choir of Madrid, Spanish Radio Choir (which post holds on leave), KEA Vocal Group and Chamber Choir of the Palau de la Música Catalana, and is an active member of chamber groups such as Ruymonte Group, Antiphonarium, Peñaflorida Chapel and EuropaChorAkademie.
